1% Time Initiative
It is important to us, as a business and individuals, to participate and be engaged in improving the lives of people in our communities. Here at Sorus, all employees are given 1% of their yearly hours as paid time to go and give back to their community with the charitable organization of their choice.
5% Giving Back Initiative
Giving back is built into the Sorus fabric. We're listening to our customers and employees - and we're contributing 5% of our revenue to non-profit organizations founded on equality and inclusion.
