Sorus Puzzles will accept product returns within 90 days of the order shipment date when accompanied by the original receipt, provided the item is unopened and in as-new condition. We will refund the purchase price issued in the original form of payment. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I return an online purchase?

We accept returns within 90 days of the order shipment date provided the item is unopened and in as-new condition. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We will issue the refund for the purchase price of the items returned in the original form of payment.

Return by mail – 

Email our customer service team at returns@sorus.ca to initiate a return. Please provide your Order Number and a copy of your Receipt.

After customer service confirmation, please mail your return to the following address:

Preparing a return package – 

Please pack your return securely in a shipping box. Use original packaging if possible. Seal package securely. Affix your chosen carrier's shipping label to the packaging.
